Layla

Layla is an AI trip planner with human travel advisors available to refine and book a trip. It turns your dates, budget, and interests into an itinerary, whether you already know the destination or are exploring ideas. Planning is free; travel arrangements are paid separately.

Key Highlights

• Conversational planning based on dates, budget, and travel style
• Editable itineraries for trips with several destinations
• Hotels, activities, and transfers within trip proposals
• Optional human advisor guidance and booking assistance
• Travel support for trips booked through the service

What Makes It Different

Layla combines an AI planning conversation with a travel-service workflow. Advisors can help choose accommodation, change the pace of an itinerary, and arrange the approved bookings. Their specialisms include boutique hotels, cultural city breaks, and multi-destination travel.

This gives travelers a way to move from inspiration to an arranged trip. You can also explore and book options without speaking to an advisor.

Features & Capabilities

Describe the trip you want, then adjust destinations, hotels, activities, and nights. Published trip ideas illustrate how this works: a Bali itinerary separates hotel stays, transfers, and daily experiences, with each part available to change. Its estimate excludes flights and uses sample dates, so a proposal needs pricing for your own journey.

For advisor-assisted bookings, review the final plan before approval. The confirmed trip specifies which arrangements are included. Layla offers support during travel, but the booking terms and inclusions should remain part of your decision.

User Ratings and Testimonials

Vendor-selected testimonials praise itinerary choices and human advice about local experiences. Feedback on an advisor page includes travelers who valued having several options and a call before choosing. These are selected customer experiences, not a guarantee about any destination or booking.

Pricing & Value

• Planning: Free, without a subscription or planning fee.
• Travel bookings: You pay for the arrangements included in your approved trip.

Sample itinerary prices are estimates, not fixed quotes. Check dates, inclusions, flights, and cancellation terms before confirming a booking. The free planning service is useful for comparing a rough idea with a trip you are ready to arrange.
