Terms of service

1. Who operates flowtools
flowtools is operated by WSAPP, Inc., a Delaware company. Contact us at contact@wsappinc.com. Our contact address is 1111B S Governors Ave, Suite 42567, Dover, Delaware 19904, United States.
These terms cover the flowtools directory and paid product promotion. The Promotion rules form part of these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. By using flowtools you agree to these terms; placing a bid requires separate acceptance of the current terms before checkout. You must be at least 18 and have authority to make the purchase on your own behalf or for your organization.
2. The directory and external products
flowtools helps visitors discover external products. Directory descriptions may be AI-assisted and can contain errors. Check prices, capabilities and other important details with the product provider. A listing, promotion or ranking is not an endorsement or a guarantee of safety, quality or results. External websites and X profiles have their own terms and privacy practices. Some directory links may be affiliate links.
3. Accounts and guest purchases
Browsing does not require an account. Where guest bidding is available, you can place a bid with an email address and access your bid history using an email code. An optional flowtools account can provide access to account features. Keep your email and sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate information and do not access another person's account or bid history. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. What a bid purchases
A bid purchases a contribution to an eligible product's paid promotion total. You may submit a direct website URL or X profile, including an @handle; a directory listing is not required. You may also contribute to an existing eligible product. Paying for a product does not give you ownership of it or permission to impersonate its owner.
Only confirmed payments count. Higher eligible paid totals rank higher; equal totals are ordered by which product reached that total first. The form and review step show the currency, amount, limits and rankings to which your bid contributes. Refunds and payment reversals reduce the applicable contribution. Pending, failed and unpaid checkouts do not increase a product's score.
5. Placement and duration
Your estimated position can change before or after payment as other people bid or payments are refunded. We do not guarantee a particular position, number of impressions, clicks, customers or revenue. There is no fixed increment that guarantees first place.
The homepage shows the top 3 products in its selected Yearly or All time ranking. Products outside that top 3 appear on the dedicated ranking page. Homepage visibility is not permanent or guaranteed by any individual bid. Category assignment is optional; the main ranking includes eligible products with and without a category. A category view narrows the products displayed.
Daily and Yearly views apply to their calendar windows in the ranking's configured time zone. All time is cumulative while the service operates, not a promise of perpetual hosting. We may change the presentation and available views. If we discontinue a paid service or cannot provide it, contact us so we can assess any remedy due for the undelivered service.
6. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Review the total and payment-provider details before paying. Payment processing is handled by the provider shown at checkout, including Stripe where enabled. flowtools does not receive your full card number or security code. A page explicitly marked as a test does not collect real money.
A bid is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Promotional service begins when payment is confirmed and the eligible product can appear in the ranking. A lower-than-expected position, loss of a top-3 position or lack of clicks does not by itself entitle you to a refund. There is no automatic refund when a product is hidden or blocked for violating the promotion rules. This does not override statutory rights or a refund otherwise required by law.
For a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a service failure, cancellation or other refund request, email contact@wsappinc.com with your payment reference and the email used for the bid; never send full card details. We review the circumstances and applicable rights and, where a refund is due, arrange it through the payment provider. We do not prohibit legitimate payment disputes or require you to waive mandatory consumer protections.
Before checkout, a separate, initially unchecked checkbox requires your express request for the promotion service to begin immediately, before the withdrawal period ends, and your acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. We record the exact statement, its version and the server time of acceptance with your purchase. Accepting these terms alone does not provide that separate consent. Publication alone does not establish that an ongoing promotion service has been fully performed. Until full performance, any applicable withdrawal right continues to apply; where the law permits, an amount proportionate to service already supplied at your express request may be due. Other mandatory remedies, including remedies for a defective or undelivered service, remain available.
7. Product eligibility and moderation
Products must comply with the promotion rules, both at submission and afterwards. Automatic checks and a database-backed blocklist can reject prohibited or shortened targets. Passing a check or making a payment does not establish approval of the content. You remain responsible for the target and information you submit, including later changes that make it misleading or prohibited.
Visitors can flag products. We review reports before taking moderation action. We may hide an ineligible product and block its domain, associated subdomains or individual X profile from future promotion. This does not block every user of the X platform. Hiding a product does not erase its financial history or automatically refund a payment. We may also restrict abusive accounts or access where necessary to protect the service.
Send an appeal to contact@wsappinc.com with the product URL, action being challenged and relevant evidence. We will review it with human involvement and explain the outcome. Where we have your contact details, we will provide the reason for a restriction, subject to legal and security limitations. Statutory complaint and appeal rights remain available.
8. Your submissions and our service
Submit only information and materials you are entitled to use. Do not submit illegal content, infringe others' rights, manipulate payments or rankings, probe private data, send spam or bypass restrictions. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to display the product information, target, name and icon you provide as needed to operate and promote the directory and ranking. You retain your rights. This permission does not authorize us to sell your private payment or account information.
The flowtools brand, software and original site content remain the property of their owners. You may use the site for its intended purpose; these terms do not transfer intellectual property ownership.
9. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep flowtools available but maintenance, outages and external providers can interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, the service and directory information are provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation or particular commercial results. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer remedies or data-protection rights.
10. Complaints, changes and governing law
Send service complaints, legal notices and questions to contact@wsappinc.com. Include enough information to identify the issue and your requested resolution. We aim to respond within 14 days; some investigations may take longer, and any shorter legal deadline applies.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The update date appears above. A new bid requires acceptance of the current published version; we retain the version associated with an earlier bid. Changes do not retroactively remove your accrued rights.
Delaware law governs these terms, subject to mandatory laws and courts that protect you where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove access to a court where the law provides it.
